A relaxed environment where you can create the day of your dreams! Located just 10 miles from Boulder and a lifestyle away, the Ranch is surrounded by the incredible beauty of the Colorado Rockies.
Our ceremony site is an outdoor amphitheater - encircled by pine, spruce, and fir - with terraced benches and stunning views of Longs Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. After your vows, you and your guests will move to our lovely Ponderosa Lodge for your reception. The Lodge is beautifully rustic, with hand-hewn logs, two fireplaces, hardwood floors, windows and opening doors offering sweeping mountain views in every direction. There's a covered wrap-around deck where guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air for appetizers & cocktails and plenty of room for dancing inside.

PREFERRED CATERERS
The classic wedding venue rental package.
Our team will set up the venue according to your direction. The 100-year-old ponderosa log Lodge is the hub for the day. The Lodge houses the reception dining room, the covered wrap-around deck for cocktails and appetizers, two indoor bathrooms, the upstairs changing rooms, and the ceremony room at the third floor peak. There are plenty of nearby freestanding individual flushing toilet units with sinks. The outdoor ceremony site is a close-by outdoor Amphitheater with a view of Longs Peak. The Ranch mountain property serves as a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos with stunning views of the high mountains, the lights of Denver, wildflower meadows, evergreen forests, aspen groves, and rustic historic buildings. You will choose from our preferred list of full-service licensed caterers to provide your wedding staffing, bartending service, food servers, complete meal, hors d'oeuvres, food setup and presentation, linens, tableware, flatware, glassware, drinking water stations, plus kitchen and dining room clean-up.
*A 12% fair wage charge is added to your bill for Wedding and Event Packages and Extras. Our entire staff - those behind the scenes and those who you meet out front - puts everything possible into providing you with a safe and comfortable experience at the Colorado Mountain Ranch. This charge allows for reliable and equitable compensation for everyone working so hard for you. Additional gratuity for exceptional service by CMR staff is greatly appreciated, but is not required. (Remember that your food and beverage service staff is provided by your caterer and deserves separate gratuity.)
