2025 Registration is Open for CMR’s 78th Summer of Fun!
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per week is required at the time of registration to hold your child’s place. This will be applied to the weekly tuition.

PAYMENT
The tuition balance for each registered week is due one week prior to each week that your child is registered. Payments can be made by credit card or ACH bank debit. You can choose how to pay at checkout, select a payment plan, and log in any time to make payments toward your balance. Payment of the full balance is due on the Monday one week prior to the Monday of each registered week. If you have not yet paid your entire balance for the week by one week prior, then your card or bank account on file will be charged by our office system for any outstanding balance. If you need to cancel, be sure to notify our office at least one week before the date of registration so that the final non-refundable payment will not be charged.

LAST MINUTE REGISTRATIONS
If there is space available and you are registering your child within one week of the session’s start date, full payment is required at the time of registration. Be sure to also contact our office by email or phone to confirm and for bus and group placement!
PRE-PAYMENTS FROM 2020-2024
For those who have previous positive balances, the amount of money pre-paid will be available at checkout for you to apply to your account for 2025.
ADDING WEEKS
If you already have an account and would like to add another week yourself, please use your online account through your Parent Portal. If there is availability, you can register. If the program and week have a waiting list, the online system will add your camper. Our Office can also make or confirm any additions by email or phone.
IMPORTANT: Changes to weeks or programs and cancellations cannot be made from your Parent Portal. Cancellations and changes must be made through our office. There are no additional office fees for changes or cancellations.
CHANGING WEEKS OR PROGRAMS
A change of weeks may only be made through our office by phone or email and needs verbal or emailed approval verifying that your change is complete. All payments and deposits are transferable to other weeks or programs, if there is space. The week, program, or group your child wants may already be full. Your camper can join a waitlist either through your parent portal or through our office.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may only be made by phone or email with a confirmation from our office that we have received and authorized your cancellation. There are no additional office fees for changes or cancellations.

Be sure to confirm cancellation with our office at least one full week before the date of registration so that the final non-refundable payment will not be charged!
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & INSURANCE
No refunds for deposits or payments can be handled through the Camp Office. Our Office cannot make refunds for any reason, including for cancellations or registration changes. Additions can be made by you through your account, but only the Office can make cancellations or changes in the system. Any payments not used can be transferred to other weeks, programs, campers, or the next season.

DAILY RATES & MAKEUP DAYS
There are no daily rates or makeup days due to program progressions, group cohorts, and reserved bus seats.

PRO-RATED 4-DAY WEEK
The Four-Day Weeks are prorated.
4-day Weeks: May 27-39 & June 30-July 3*
*These are the ONLY 4-day weeks for the 2025 season.
NO CAMP on Memorial Day May 26, or the 4th of July, Juneteenth is Celebrated AT CAMP.

WAITLISTS
2025 Camp Programs and Weeks have enrollment limits. When enrollment reaches capacity, we can only accept registration on a waitlist basis. Waitlist information will show after you complete your registration form. If you would like, please call us to check waitlists in real time for specific weeks before completing the form.
