Registration should be easy!

If it's not easy for you, no problem. We can help! Please just email or call us.

1. Create an account in the CMR registration portal. (Returning families can use their details from previous seasons!)

2. Make sure you have read through the variety of different summer day camp programs we offer and choose the one right for your child.

BE SURE that your child knows which camp program you choose each week.

3. Complete your registration form(s) for your camper(s) and choose the weeks and programs that are available for your camper’s rising grade level. You may call our Office to check the real-time status of specific openings before completing your registration(s), yet a completed registration form is required to add your camper(s) to a waitlist.

4. For all the information you need for a successful camp experience check out our Parent Handbook.

Your registration form will ask you to sign that you have reviewed this handbook!

5. Review our Bus Schedule

6. Additional Required Forms must be in your Parent Portal at least two weeks prior to your camper’s first day of Camp.

7. Questions? Refer to our FAQ page, and don't hesitate to give us a call or send an email.

8. Watch for an informational email message over the weekend before your child comes to camp each week.  This message will let you know the color of your camper’s bus and how to check in medication (if any) in order to make the start of the first day a little smoother.

ENROLLMENT DETAILS

For most weeks, camp enrollment is by the five-day business week Monday - Friday. Four day weeks are only offered during Holiday weeks as designated. You may enroll in multiple weeks throughout the summer. Sorry, there are no daily rates, as the CMR camp experience features a full week's progression. There are no make-up days, as groups are in consistent pods each week.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

No refunds for deposits or payments can be made through our office. Please visit our Payment & Refunds page to learn more details.

WAITLIST

All Camp Programs and Weeks have enrollment limits. When enrollment reaches capacity, campers may join a waitlist for that program and session. After completing your registration form, you will see the weeks and programs which have started waitlists. To put a child on a waitlist, your registration form must be completed. Before completing the form, you may wish to call or email our office to check for specific openings or waitlist status. No payment is required to be added to a waitlist, but please only put your child on your first and second choices of week(s). We will try to notify you by phone or email if/when spots become available. It is important to respond right away to a message about an opening. Also, please know that spaces can open at the last minute, so please check back with us!

SCHOLARSHIPS

Information and directions for Scholarship Applications are on the Registration Form. All Scholarship Applications require a $100 per week payment as a deposit to hold the spot for each week.

TESTIMONIALS

When I think about Colorado Mountain Ranch I thought it was a good thing that I went there. I did many things like archery, horse back riding, gymnastics, made new friends, we went swimming, spent the night, participated in the flag raising ceremony, played games after lunch and shopped at the store. I would like to go back next year. One day I’d like to be a C.I.T. You have to be 13. Next year I will be 11. At CMR I did things I never knew I could. I learned that I was strong, smarter than I thought, and that I was good at making friends.
