Company Picnics, Meetings & Retreats
We greet your group with Old West hospitality! You will love the warm feel in our historic log Lodge, set into the wildflower meadows and pine and aspen forests. Food is well-prepared and presented, including coffee, tea, mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks, and full meals - all served with a smile. Or you can arrange to bring your own meals and snacks.
All-inclusive Company Picnic Package. During June, July, and August, our all-inclusive Company Picnic Package also includes a plentiful and tasty barbeque lunch, guided horseback riding, mountain boarding - like snow boarding on wheels at our terrain park in the forest, archery, organized field games, disc golf, and especially (but not only) for children - crafts, face-painting, and barnyard animal petting tours.
Included for all Events. Fun options for all events can include full use of the Lodge, basketball and volleyball courts, a horseshoe pit, picnic tables, a campfire ring, a visit to the barn area to see horses and small farm animals. Just a few steps up the path from the Lodge, the forest opens to our amphitheatre with a view of snowy ridges of Longs Peak, a perfect setting for fresh-air gatherings and ceremonies. There are also trails out from the Lodge for hiking and exploring.
Year-round Meetings. Combine work and play! Hold meetings in the morning, get out in the afternoon.
Summer and Fall Overnight Mountain Retreats. The Ranch Lodge, dormitory-style cabins, and grounds may be reserved for retreats or reunions of 50-150 people. Our season for residential retreats runs from the middle of August through the end of September.
Expect Adventure. The Mountain Challenge Day is incredibly fun and an opportunity to explore outside the usual work, school, team, or family environment. Purpose: to enhance teamwork and awareness of individual value and group support, connection with others, positive bonds of working relationships, community, and to have FUN!
Spend a morning or afternoon in the forest expanding your and your work team’s perspectives through a progression of low ropes challenges. Our experiential facilitators are adult teachers, professionals in learning theory and methodology.
WE ARE TEAM!
