Wedding Packages

For your wedding day to be the special day of your dreams, choose to have our family and these lovely mountains help you make it all happen. We will focus on every detail to make the day special in every way. Exchange vows at our outdoor amphitheatre overlooking Long's Peak and then celebrate with your reception for your guest list of up to 150 family and friends in our charming turn-of-the century rustic log Lodge.

Aspen Package

Our beautiful outdoor amphitheater is the perfect setting to share your vows. In addition to the use of the amphitheater, the whole Lodge can be available to you and your wedding party and guests. In case of inclement conditions outdoors, your guests may wish to gather first in the main room of the log Lodge. Dressing rooms for the bride and groom are on the 2nd floor. The top of the Lodge features inside space for the ceremony, if needed due to weather.

Blue Spruce Package

Includes our beautiful outdoor ceremony site, dressing rooms, and the Main Lodge with stunning views of James Peak and Mt. Evans for the reception as well as inside ceremony space if needed. You may choose your own full service licensed caterer for food service and clean-up service. We set up the Lodge according to your specifications, and we do the final cleanup of the entire Lodge and grounds after your caterer has cleaned the dining room and kitchen and removed trash and recycles. You will have the exclusive use of the facility, dressing rooms for the bride and groom, inside ceremony space if needed due to weather, customized reception room set up, benches and tables for your ceremony and reception, and tables for your cake, gifts and guest book.

Columbine Package

Add a little class! The Columbine Package includes our beautiful outdoor ceremony site, dressing rooms, and the Main Lodge with stunning views of James Peak and Mt. Evans for the reception as well as alternate inside ceremony space, if needed due to weather. You will have the exclusive use of the facility, dressing rooms for the bride and groom, customized reception room set up, benches and tables for your ceremony and reception, along with tables for your cake, gift and guest book. With this package, you may bring your own “to-go” catered food in lieu of an outside catering service for your buffet reception meal. Our Event Staffing and Service Package includes personalized service, beautiful buffet presentation, bartending service, white linens and napkins, wedding white dinner plates, fine stainless flatware, Lodge and kitchen management, drinking water stations, parking management, dishwashing, and overall clean-up including removal of trash and recycles.

Ponderosa Package

Your Wedding and Our Elaborate Buffet – The perfect pair. We will help you plan an exceptional reception buffet and personalize the menu to your specifications. Individually marinated and grilled entrees are our specialties. Included in this package is our lovely outdoor wedding site, and for your buffet a selection of hors d’oeuvres, entrees, vegetables, side dishes, fresh salads and fruits - all of which are beautifully presented. Our Event Staffing and Service Package includes customized service, buffet set-up, clean-up, bartending service, white table cloths and napkins, tableware, Lodge and kitchen management, parking management, dishwashing, and removal of trash and recycles. Also included are spring water, tea and coffee. You will have personalized event consultation, the exclusive use of the facility, dressing rooms for the bride and groom, inside ceremony space if needed, customized reception room set up, benches and tables for your ceremony wedding cake.

  • $50 per person for Wedding Buffet Catering

A 15% tax and service charge will be added to each package.
