Camp Registration

To hold your child's space, we need the registration completed Online or both pages of the Registration Form completed and signed. To confirm a registration, we also need a check or credit card authorization for the 2017 registration fee and deposit(s) for session(s) indicated.

Complete your registration, and pay, online for the Colorado Mountain Ranch Summer Camp, via our registration partner RegisterSimply.com

To complete your registration online:

  • First you'll need to Create an Account
  • Then, click the activation link sent to your email(If you don’t see this in your email’s inbox, please check your spam file.)
  • Finally, log in and have fun choosing your camp programs for summer 2017!
  • Have any problems, check out our Quick Answers, and don't hesitate to give us a call or send an email. We're here to help!
  • Download the Medication and Immunization Forms and send them to us via mail, email, or fax before your child attends camp.
  • Check out the Bus Schedule.
  • Read and save the Parent Handbook for future reference.

2) Fillable PDF Form

To complete your registration using the Fillable PDF Form:

  • Click the link above to Download and print the Registration Packet
  • Open the Fillable PDF form on your computer and complete it with your child's information.
  • After saving your changes, attach your completed form to an email and send it to Office@ColoradoMountainRanch.com
  • Or you can print and fax the completed form to 303-417-9114

3) Traditional Registration

TRADITIONAL REGISTRATION PACKET

Click the link above to Download and print the Registration Packet. It includes all the forms you need to register your child. If you'd like to download them separately, here is the Registration Form, Medication and Immunization Forms, Bus Schedule, and Quick Answers.

  1. The 2017 Day Camp Registration Forms, Health Forms, and Quick Answers print out together.
  2. Download, print, complete the registration form. To register your child, please return the completed two-page Registration Form as soon as possible with your payment choice.
  3. Both pages of the registration form must be completed and returned. The Health and Medication forms may be sent later!
  4. Health and Medication forms must be in our office one week before enrollment date.
  5. Return all of the above forms to The Ranch by US Mail, Email or Fax (please call us to confirm that we received your fax).
  6. Read and save the Parent Handbook for future reference.

Waiting Lists:

Some programs and sessions may develop waiting lists. You will be notified right away if your registration is put on a waiting list. Registrations are processed in the order they are received via online registration, fax, email or U.S. Mail. Payments will be processed only at the time of confirmed registration. You will receive notice of the status of your registration, by phone if on a waiting list, and by email or U.S. Mail to confirm registration along with the accounting and balance due. If it turns out that there is no space for your child, then your credit card will not be charged and/or your check will not be cashed.
