We are looking for a few high-spirited people to join our team and contribute to the overall operation of the Ranch. Everyone helps with daily support crews, set-up and clean-up, general maintenance, and other work projects. Our staff is instrumental in creating and implementing every aspect of Ranch programs, activities, food service, hospitality, and facility use and upkeep. We invest in young lives moving into the future in today’s world, campers and staff members alike. Colorado Mountain Ranch is a special place where people connect in outdoor active fun. Our staff develops into a close-knit residential community.
Weddings at the Ranch
We are a unique wedding venue in a one-of-a-kind historic mountain setting above Boulder. Saturday wedding dates available from June - September! Located just 10 miles from Boulder and a lifestyle away, the Ranch is surrounded by the incredible beauty of the Colorado Rockies. In this relaxed environment, you can create the day of your dreams. Our Blue Spruce Package offers the venue for you to plan and personalize your Special Day.

We are located right outside of the rustic mountain town of Gold Hill, Colorado. Please fill up with gas or get your charge done in Boulder; there are no gas stations or charging stations along the way. We suggest you take the drive slow and enjoy the scenery.
